Terms & booking conditions.

Bookings & payment

Book online, by phone or by WhatsApp. Payment is taken on the day, by cash or card. If we take a deposit online when you book, the amount is shown before you pay and the rest is due on the day.

Cancellations & changes

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment, so the slot can go to someone else. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or call or WhatsApp us on 07805 076851. Where a deposit has been paid, it is refunded (or moved to a new booking) with 24 hours' notice or more, and kept for no-shows or cancellations inside 24 hours.

Health, allergies & patch tests

Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or if you are or may be pregnant, before your treatment, either in the booking notes or on arrival. Some treatments, such as lash and brow tinting, may need a patch test beforehand. We may adapt or decline a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate.

Lateness

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so it finishes on time, out of fairness to the next client. The full price still applies.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, professional treatment. To the extent permitted by law, RX Beauty is not liable for any loss or reaction that could not reasonably have been foreseen, particularly where relevant health information was not disclosed. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
